Larry and his team focus on Commercial REO and Office/Retail/Sales & Leasing. As a result of our recent economy Larry's team is rapidly developing solutions for their clients who may be challenged with foreclosure and distressed sales. Larry's experience crosses boarders. "I am assisitng owners and landlords across the country to identify the Red Flags" as recently quoted in the NAR Magazine. He provides the plan and formula to assist clients to analyize and secure foreclosed and distressed commercial assests. A broker, Larry currently serves as the Director for the rapidly growing Atlanta Midtown's Commercial Division and is serving as the SE Region Commercial Director assiting leadership implemenet successful platforms to build productive commercial divisions in Market Centers across the SE Region.

Larry brings over 11 years of leadership and experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales and Marketing. As a long time resident and investor in the Atlanta Real Estate Market, Larry not only developed his own real estate portfolio but to date he has successfully assisted with over $200 million in sales and leasing transactions.

His formal education started with the College of Charleston in 1980 studying Marketing and Sales.  As a certified instructor of the Keller Williams International University Larry regularly teaches business development to newly licensed real estate agents.
