KW Commercial has increased its presence in the Metro Atlanta commercial real estate sales and leasing arena with the addition of a new director, Tracey Craft. Craft will work from the Keller Williams Realty Consultants market center in Roswell, Ga.

Craft is part of the Craft Dolan Team. She applies nearly 30 years of experience in business development, marketing communications and sales to her new position. Her partner, Lara Dolan, specializes in equestrian and residential property sales and leasing. Together they focus their strengths in North Fulton, Cherokee and Forsyth counties.

Craft has lived in North Fulton for 33 years. She has owned and managed businesses and commercial investment properties. Her passion is working with small- and medium-sized businesses and investors to increase their asset base and strengthen their financial positions through real estate acquisitions. She also enjoys putting her marketing and sales expertise to work, positioning listings for a quick sale at the highest and best return for her clients.
She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS ®, the Rotary Club of North Fulton, the Milton Business Alliance, the Alpharetta Business Association, and she is closely affiliated with the Johns Creek Business Alliance and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Alpharetta steering committee for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the planning committee for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Shamrockin' for a Cure, and she fundraises for the NephCure Foundation on behalf of kidney disease research.
